Our homebirth with Rose & Heather was absolutely fantastic!

During the pregnancy with our son, I felt very clearly how important it was to me that this birth would be fully led by me; I wanted to birth in my power & as intuitively as possible. We knew that Rose & Heather would be the right women to support us because they trust & love physiological birth fullheartedly (and they are just amazing people!).

During the birth, they were wonderful; they held space for me, my husband, our toddler & our teenager in a way that made us all feel held & engaged, but not managed. They completely trusted me, my intuition, the birth process itself and their own intuition. They were right there when we needed them with all their knowledge & experience, but otherwise very much in the background, trusting & encouraging in a sisterly way.

What we did not anticipate was how absolutely beautiful the postpartum time would be after a homebirth. Rose & Heather tended to each one of us, cleaned up everything, tucked us in bed for our magical first nap altogether. We were all just floating on such a high and it helped us integrate all the changes of having a new baby so much more smoothly than we had known it before. Knowing that they would continue to tend to us & visit us in our cocoon through the coming weeks was perfect - we could process it all & ask all our questions in a relaxed way.

I cannot recommend them high enough for anyone who is interested in birthing their baby in a wholesome & powerful way! Their homebirth practice is really the best thing happening in town!
